Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

NexGen Innovations (“NexGen”, “we”, “our”, “us”) designs, develops and publishes mobile and web applications (“Apps”). Because our products run on your personal devices, we collect a small amount of information to keep everything fast, secure and personalised. This Privacy Policy describes what we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

Depending on the App and the features you use, data may include:

  • Account data — name, email, phone when you create an account, sign up to newsletters or contact support.
  • Device & diagnostic data — IP address, device model, OS version, language, crash logs and performance metrics (via Firebase Crashlytics / Sentry).
  • Usage analytics — feature taps, session duration, screens viewed (via Firebase Analytics) so we know what to improve.
  • Location data — approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP; precise GPS location only when you enable a location-based feature such as “nearby services”.
  • Purchase data — transaction IDs and subscription status for in-app purchases (Google Play / App Store) so we can unlock premium features.
  • Advertising IDs (GAID / IDFA) if an App is monetised with ads. You can reset or disable these IDs in your device settings.

3. How we use the data

  • Operate, maintain and improve the Apps and back-end services.
  • Respond to bug reports and support requests.
  • Personalise content, ads or feature recommendations.
  • Send opt-in push notifications or emails about updates and promotions.
  • Detect, prevent and address fraud or security issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting, taxation, consumer-protection laws).

4. Legal bases (GDPR)

Where the EU / UK GDPR applies, we process your data under one or more of the following bases: contract performance (to provide the App), legitimate interests (analytics, security), consent (marketing, precise location) and legal obligation.

5. When we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with:

  • Trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, payment gateways, push-notification platforms) under strict data-processing agreements.
  • Public authorities when required by law or to defend our legal rights.
  • Another company, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale (we will give advance notice).

6. International transfers

Our servers and partners may be located outside your country. We rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards to protect data transferred internationally.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, usually no longer than 24 months after your last activity, unless we must keep it longer (e.g. tax rules require 7 years of purchase records).

8. Your rights

  • Access a copy of your personal data.
  • Request correction or deletion.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Port your data to another service.
  • Withdraw consent at any time (it will not affect past processing).

9. Children’s privacy

Our Apps are not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to this policy

We update this Policy whenever we launch a new App or change our data practices. We will post the new version in-App and on our website and, if the changes are significant, we will notify you via email or push notification.
