Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to every paid product or
service published by
NexGen Innovations (“we”, “us”, “our”),
including:
• premium mobile or web apps • one-time in-app
purchases • auto-renewing subscriptions •
downloadable add-ons and licence keys.
2. General rule
Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be “returned,” all sales are normally final. We do, however, grant good-will refunds or replacements under the circumstances below and whenever consumer-protection law requires.
3. When we approve a refund
- Accidental duplicate purchase on the same account within 48 hours.
- Technical failure that prevents the product from performing as advertised after you have followed all troubleshooting steps from our support team.
- Unauthorised transaction (stolen card or family-share) reported within 72 hours and accompanied by proof of ownership.
- Local statutory right of withdrawal (e.g. 14-day EU digital-goods cooling-off), provided you have not yet downloaded or used the item.
4. Non-refundable items
- Virtual currency or consumables already spent in-app.
- Subscription periods that have already elapsed.
- Feature unlocks obtained via promotional or gift codes.
5. How to request a refund
If you purchased through an app store, the store controls billing, so please use its native flow:
- Google Play ▸ Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & history > select the order > “Request refund”
- Apple App Store ▸ reportaproblem.apple.com > select the purchase > “Request a refund”
If you bought directly from us (e.g. Razorpay checkout), email treston.noronha@nexgeninnovations.app within 14 days and include:
- your order or transaction ID;
- a short description of the issue and steps you’ve tried;
- device model + OS version (for technical problems).
6. Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future billing but does not refund the current cycle; you keep premium access until the end date. For an immediate refund, request it via the relevant store or by email (see §5).
7. Processing time
Approved direct refunds are issued within 7-10 business days. Google / Apple timelines depend on their internal policies.
8. Chargebacks
Initiating a credit-card chargeback without first contacting us may lead to automatic account suspension to prevent fraud. Please email support first— we’re quick to help.
9. Changes to this policy
We can revise this policy to reflect new products, regulations, or operational needs. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and, for major changes, post a notice inside the affected App.
